Crimson Moss

This red moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In rainforests.
It is average-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is very resistant; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores.
