This copper moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In rainforests.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly frail; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release millions of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
