Caramel

This giant shrub grows up to 13 feet (4.0 meters) tall and lives for around 14 years. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has numerous very thick, crooked stems covered in very thick, silky, dark brown bark, and the wood inside is light brown.

The branches trail down to the ground with hundreds of twigs that and are covered with very large amounts of huge, circular, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are caramel and dark grey, hardy and clammy.

In late spring it produces handfuls of medium-sized, cyan flowers with V-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have a strong scent that smells like mint.
