Bloodvine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 34 feet (10.4 meters) and growing as high as 301 feet (91.7 meters).

It takes 5 years for the blood red stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are smooth and rubbery.

The thin, smooth leaves reach up to 7 inches (18 cm) in length. They are generally pale purple, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces handfuls of average magenta flowers, and during the early summer, after flowering, it produces lots of small fruits.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
