Bloodfern

This brilliant green or blood red moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In heathlands, In bogs, and In marshes.
It is giant, growing up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is very tough.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
