Crimsongrass

This enormous, red grass grows up to 37 feet (11.3 meters) tall. The pleated stalks grow in large clumps that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, orange flower.

During the early autumn, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
