Creamfern

This cream moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In bogs, In rainy mountain ranges, and In damp forests.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is overwhelmingly resilient.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
