Copper Needle Cactus
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This colossal cactus grows up to 110 feet (33.5 meters) tall. It splits near the top to form 4 needle-like stems. Each stem is brown, and is covered in handfuls of flexible light grey spines.
It is very slow growing, taking 32 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with solid copper petals and a grey central disk grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of several petals in raised layers. It has a strong scent that smells like a woman.
The cactus's skin is thick, the grey flesh is sticky, and the purple sap is thin.
