Silver Blue Succulent

This short leaf succulent grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The narrow stem is silver or bold blue, and is covered in dozens of rigid lime spines. The stocky leaves are generally brown. Copious amounts of them grow on thick, lime green branches that trail down to the ground. The leaves are strong, but do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 22 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with petals that are vivid red on the edges and lime at the center grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is largely flat with 58 widely spaced narrow petals. It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like faeces.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the bold blue flesh is leathery, and the azure sap is thin.
