Blue Spine Cactus
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This small cactus grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The thin stem is cyan, and is covered in thousands of fine, white, hair-like spines.
It is steady-growing, taking 5 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are yellow at the sides and sky blue at the center grows at the top, reappearing after 10 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of 6 petals in raised layers. It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like cinnamon.
The cactus's skin is thin, the orange flesh is rubbery, and the green sap is thin.
It is suitable for making strong rope
