Emerald

This moss green moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In moorlands, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is extremely frail; it takes a lot of damage when trodden on.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores.
