Bronzeleaf
Tree type: Deciduous (Stores water in its stem)This big tree grows up to 88 meters (288.7 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 155 years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a narrow, slanted trunk covered in fine, smooth, pine-coloured bark, and inside, the very light wood is black.
The abundance of branches are long and thin and are covered with sparse amounts of rough, giant, finger-like leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are yellow-green with bronze tips.
In late summer it forms giant, brilliant green, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.
The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.
Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with the space between them filled with thick undergrowth.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
