Aquamarine

This average-sized leaf succulent grows up to 45 feet (13.7 meters) tall. The finger-like stem is orange-yellow, and is covered in sharp spines. The stocky leaves are aquamarine and brown. Copious amounts of them grow on stumpy, beige branches that are short and thin. The leaves are light, and do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are light grey in the center, violet in the middle and lilac at the edges grows at the top, reappearing after 7 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals in raised layers. It has an overpowering scent that smells like paint.

The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the white flesh is smooth, and the faded orange sap is thin.
