Amber

Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)

This small cactus grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. It splits partway up the body to form 6 asymmetrical stems. Each stem is yellow or amber, and is covered in handfuls of rigid black spines. The wedge-shaped body is silver, and is covered in brittle red spines.

It is quick growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with petals that are generally green; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour grow at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of many petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight sphere. It has a delicate scent that smells like a damp log.

The cactus's skin is extremely thick, the sky blue flesh is leathery, and the subtle green sap is thin and causes severe cramps if consumed.

Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
