Moss Green Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This small, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The 4 pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, dark grey flower.

During the early summer, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of giant grains.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
