Blueberry Sage

This average-sized shrub grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 102 years old. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many sturdy, wavy stems covered in fine, rough, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.

The branches are long, thin and wispy that and are covered with large amounts of small, slender, pointed, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are sky blue on the edges and purple at the center, durable and soft.

In mid-spring it produces several medium-sized, crimson flowers with circular petals. They are hardy and have a strong scent that smells like vanilla.
