Pink-Red Succulent

This small cactus grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The very thick stem is pink-red, and is covered in thick bunches of flexible blue spines.

It is slow growing, taking 49 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with bronze petals that gradient shift to hazel on the outer edge. The central disk is drab green grows at the top, reappearing once every 6 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 41 curved petals. It has an intense scent that smells like cherry.

The cactus's skin is extremely thick, the caramel flesh is waxy, and the brown sap is thin.
