Violet

Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 114 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has numerous knobbly, wavy stems covered in delicate, smooth, silver and white bark, and the wood inside is burgundy.

The branches are short stubs with dozens of twigs that and are covered with small amounts of huge, spear shaped, leaves with jagged edges. The leaves themselves are solid violet or orange, with blood red lines, strong and waxy.

It produces dozens of medium-sized, peach flowers with circular petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They are very delicate and have an overpowering scent that smells like fruity. In late autumn it forms tinyyellow berries.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
Their seeds have hallucinogenic properties.
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
