Emerald

This yellow-green moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In rainforests, and In moorlands.
It is big, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely frail; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release dozens of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
