Cream Puff Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Sheds its leaves in winter)

This short, gray-green and cream grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, dark brown puff.

During the late autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
The leaves are bland but very healthy.
It can survive a very long time without water.
