Coppervine

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its gray-green stem is thin, and the large, red leaves are very thin with jagged edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

Hundreds of medium-sized flowers grow in a bunch at the end of the stem. The flowers are 5 cm (2.0 inches) wide, with solid copper petals decorated with black lines and a bright yellow central disk. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight cube. They detach easily.

It has a delicate scent that smells like new carpet, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.
