Burgundy Vine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 19 feet (5.8 meters) and growing as high as 48 feet (14.6 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.
It takes 2 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and woody.
The wispy, crispy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are a shade of burgundy that gradient shifts to orange at the top, and have smooth edges.
During late spring, the vine produces many average yellow flowers.
It blooms only at night.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
