Sunfire Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wide stalks grow in thin clumps that are flimsy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, brown spikelet.

During the mid-summer, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of medium-sized grains.

It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
