Magentree
Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This short tree grows up to 2 meters (6.6 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 344 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a narrow, straight trunk covered in cracked, black with white speckled bark, and inside, the dense wood is white.
The abundance of branches are tall, rigid and upright and are covered with large amounts of crispy, miniature, asymmetrical leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are generally magenta.
In late summer it forms small, silver berries.
The roots are fine and grow in a large web, and overall the tree is rigid and weak, and breaks apart easily.
Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with patches of undergrowth between them.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
