Copper Heath Moss

It is large, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely light; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores.
It can flourish even in standing water.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
