Magentus Vinea

This short vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 17 feet (5.2 meters) and growing as high as 424 feet (129.2 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.

It takes 6 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The slender, pointed, leathery leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are generally magenta, and have wavy edges.

During late spring, the vine produces hundreds of average florescent yellow flowers.
