Sunfire Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)This large, orange grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The very narrow and elongated stalks grow in large clumps that are resilient.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, white flower.
During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
