Silkrose

Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows the first year, flowers the second year, then dies)

This average-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 20 years. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of branched, straight stems covered in fine, silky, burgundy bark, and the wood inside is dark brown.

The branches are short stubs with thousands of twigs that and are covered with very large amounts of giant, finger-like, leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are either olive or azure, with white dots, flimsy and soft.

It produces thick bunches of large, gold flowers with perforated petals. They are sturdy and have a delicate scent that smells like roses. In early autumn it forms smalldark red berries.


It is suitable for making baskets and the like
All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
It is very delicate and is easy to kill.
