Sunleaf Grass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This small, yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The pleated stalks grow in small clumps that are flexible.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, dark red flower.
During the late autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
