Emerald V-Moss

This grey and hazel moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In rainy mountain ranges, In moorlands, and In damp forests.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is very delicate.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
