Emerald Clinger

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 31 feet (9.4 meters)0.

It takes 3 years for the emerald stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The 8 pointed, leathery leaves reach up to 11 inches (28 cm) in length. They are a shade of gray that gradient shifts to pastel yellow at the top, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many balls of large brown flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of large seed pods.
