Emerald Flex Moss

This yellow-green moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly flexible.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
