Silvervine

This short bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 21 feet (6.4 meters) and growing as high as 365 feet (111.3 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 4 months for the silver stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are flat and wavy.

The broad, flat, clammy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are olive and aquamarine, and have smooth edges.
