Twistvine
Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This average-sized shrub grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall and lives for around 49 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has several very thick, twisting stems covered in very thick, rough, dark gray bark, and the wood inside is copper-coloured.
The branches trail down towards the ground with thousands of twigs that and are covered with small bunches of tiny, 3 pointed, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in washed-out yellow, yellow and purple varieties, flimsy and rough.
In early summer it produces many small, beige flowers with sickle shaped petals with a trumpet-shaped floral cup. They detach easily and have a soft scent that smells like old shoes.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It can flourish even in standing water.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
