Twistvine

This short shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 71 years. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many slender, wonky stems covered in thick, cracked, dark green bark, and the wood inside is white.

The branches are tall, rigid and upright with thousands of twigs that and are covered with handfuls of large, very thick, leaves with tattered edges. The leaves themselves are either peach, or lilac with lime edges, strong and soft.

In late spring it produces many bunches of small, grey flowers with 4 circular shaped petals. They detach easily and have a scent that varies in strength that smells like something putrid.
