Silvervine

This big tree grows up to 73 meters (239.5 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 78 years old. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has a thick, wavy trunk covered in silky, dark gray bark, and inside, the soft wood is white.

The abundance of branches trail down across the ground and are covered with small bunches of sticky, large, thick leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of silver that gradient shifts to blue at the top.

In late summer it forms large, black, spiky-shelled seeds.

The roots are thick and spread across the surface, as well as underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and rigid.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with clear space between them.
