Bloodfern

This blood red or gold moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In rainforests.
It is large, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and can overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly flexible; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores.
