Twistvine
Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This large shrub grows up to 8 feet (2.4 meters) tall and lives for around 30 years. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.
It has several wide, slanted stems covered in thick, silky, silver and white bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.
The branches are tall, rigid and upright with thousands of twigs that and are covered with sparse amounts of giant, asymmetrical, leaves with toothed edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of yellow-green or olive that gradient shifts to slate at the top, durable and rough.
It produces thick bunches of tiny, aquamarine flowers with 7 V-shaped shaped petals. They detach easily and have a weak scent that smells like coffee. In mid-autumn it forms medium-sizeddark green, tough-shelled seeds.
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
