Lilac Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 12 feet (3.7 meters) and growing as high as 123 feet (37.5 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.
It takes 3 months for the olive or turquoise stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and fibrous.
The asymmetrical, clammy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are gray with lilac tips, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces hundreds of average crimson flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces lots of tiny seed pods.
The leaves are extremely toxic, and very bitter.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
