Blue Puff Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, blue puff.
During the late autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.
It commonly grows in large patches.
