Emerald

This drab green moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In rainy mountain ranges.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is slightly robust.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release thousands of spores.
