Silverfern

This silver and yellow moss is commonly found blanketing large areas On trees, In bogs, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is overwhelmingly delicate.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
