Silvervine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This average-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 31 feet (9.4 meters) and growing as high as 265 feet (80.8 meters).
It takes 23 months for the silver stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.
The finger-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are found in silver, lime and dark brown varieties, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the bine produces balls of average silver flowers.
It is suitable for making paper
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
A particular bird species likes to nest in it.
