Amberflower

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) tall. Its gray-green stems grow in bunches of 8 and are thick with a curved tip, and the small, green leaves are very thick with ripped edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Two small flowers sit at the end of the stem. The flowers are 4 cm (1.6 inches) wide, with amber petals and a caramel central disk. The flower head is largely flat with 33 widely spaced narrow petals. They are hardy.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like vomit, and it has a modest amount of pollen. It is a self-pollinator.
