Yellow Moss

This yellow and slate moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainforests, On trees, and In bogs.
It is massive, growing up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely durable; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release hundred of spores.
