Blue Tuft Grass

This modest-sized, gray grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in extensive patches that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, washed-out blue tuft.

During the early summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of tiny grains.
