Yellow-Grey Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This short leaf succulent grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The very thin stem is yellow-green, and is covered in dozens of flexible cream spines. The knobbly leaves are yellow and dark grey. Large amounts of them grow on wide, copper branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are robust, but easily come away when pulled.

It is quick growing, taking 11 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with yellow petals on the lower layer and sky blue petals decorated with cream dots on the inner layer. The central disk is peach, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 41 curved petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like paint.

The leaf succulent's skin is rock-hard, the red flesh is rough, and the caramel sap is thin and has hallucinogenic properties.
