Embermoss

Moss type: Moss

This orange moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In marshes, and In moorlands.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is extremely sturdy.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores.

It comes in 7 varieties, each with a different leaf colour.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It can survive a very long time without water.
