Peachwood
Tree type: Deciduous (Stores water in its stem)This large tree grows up to 75 meters (246.1 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 129 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.
It has a narrow, straight trunk covered in rough, brown bark, and inside, the light wood is gray.
The abundance of branches are tall, rigid and upright and are covered with copious amounts of smooth, small, long, narrow leaves with ripped edges. The leaves themselves are peach on the edges and white at the center.
In late summer it forms medium-sized, bold green, tough-shelled seeds.
The roots are long and grow straight down, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.
Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with clear space between them.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
