Silvergrass

This average-sized, silver grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in thin clumps that are flimsy and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, dark brown puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of tiny grains.
